Refund and return policy

Grace period:

You can cancel the order and report the return within 21 days of receiving the goods.

Return period:

You have 21 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited with the total order amount including transport costs. However, you will have to pay the return shipping costs.

Conditions for returns:

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. This means that if you have made alterations yourself we cannot take back these goods

Shipping:

You are responsible for arranging and paying the return postage yourself. We can arrange this for you at your request. You must pay these shipping costs in advance.

Procedure for returns:

You must report a return via e-mail including your customer details and order/invoice number
Please also include your bank account number where the amount should be refunded.

This return policy complies with the legal requirements for online return rights as applicable in the Netherlands.
